CAFS Print this page DVFC's History with the Compressed Air Foam System Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) has Been Used by our company since 2000. We were one of the first companies in Westmoreland County to use and have a truck specifically for CAFS. We have been requested to four other counties for are use of foam. Our Company has recently purchased a F550 from Darley with CAFS. It will be used just as its predecessor as well as for an intial attack on all structure related calls.
